This porcelain vase has a thick, heavy, and grayish white body. It is coated thickly with white glaze both inside and outside except the foot. The vase has a small mouth, a pointed lip, and a short neck. On its shoulder are the two brown-glazed Chinese characters “neifu” (meaning Imperial Household Department) which are written vertically in regular script.
