1.Administration Section
Assist leaders of the Administration in organizing and coordinating daily work. Organize conferences. Manage, keep confidential, and supervise the preparation of documents and files. Engage in work related to foreign affairs, information distribution, publicity, and system construction. Coordinate business contacts between the Administration and its superiors and related units. Provide legal counseling for the Administration.
2. Finance Section
Responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and financial management of the Administration, for financial reimbursement of its branches, and for the ledger control of government procurement.
3. Party-mass Section
Responsible for organizational structure construction, the united front work, and discipline inspection and supervision. Manage trade unions, the Communist Youth League, and other mass groups. Effectively manage and serve retired veteran cadres. Responsible for external liaisons.
4. Project Management Section
Responsible for property and project tendering and bidding of the Administration, for equipment management and evaluation, and for state-owned assets registration and management.
